Workshop bookings and gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. This does not affect your statutory rights.


If for any reason the item you have ordered is not what you were looking for you must return the item to us within14 days, unused and in perfect condition suitable for resale. Please note, if we do not receive the returned item within 30 days of the order date, we will not issue a refund and will potentially only offer a credit. Return postage will not be paid by Lettering by the Sea

To arrange a return, please contact us by email and let us know. Please do not return the item until you have received confirmation from us by email.  Do not return your purchase without first contacting us. Returned items must be posted in their original packaging.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.  Postage will not be refunded

When returning an item to us, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Unless you wish to, there is no need to send it by trackable post but please get a proof of postage receipt from your post office.


Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item  You will be contacted as soon as possible after receipt of the item to confirm your refund or replacement. We try to process refunds and exchanges as quickly as possible.


If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, or is faulty in any way, please contact us within 14 days of order giving us your name, address and your order number, and let us know if you require a refund or a replacement. 

If you have found that item you have received is faulty, you have up to 3 months to contact us for a repair/replacement. You must be able to prove that the item you have received has not become damaged through wear and tear.

Every effort has been made to accurately portray the colours of the products on our website. Lettering by the Sea cannot guarantee that your system will accurately display these colours.
